When you delete your account, you will be prompted with a warning message asking if you’re sure you would like to delete your account, and forfeit your remaining credits. By clicking Agree, you will forfeit the remaining credits in your account.
However, if you deactivate your account instead of deleting it entirely, your remaining credits will be held for a period of 12 months and can be reinstated by contacting customer service, providing the account has not been inactive (i.e., no logins have occurred) during that time. Accounts inactive for 12 months are deleted automatically for data security purposes, and cannot be reactivated.
