There are a few reasons why your payment may not have been applied or why you can’t see your credits in your account. They include:
The payment was declined or failed;
Your payment is under review by our team for security reasons;
You paid with a Paypal eCheck, which can take up to seven (7) business days to clear (and occasionally even longer);
You paid with a money order or cashier’s check (if you are in the U.S. or Canada) and we have not yet received it; and
You have multiple accounts and your credits are associated with one of them.
