Understand what 2FA is, its benefits, how to enable it, and how to change your phone number for 2FA

2-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an additional layer of security to the login process, reducing the chances of your account being compromised or accessed by someone else. This feature includes time-sensitive codes that need to be authenticated by you, and which expire after a few minutes.

To enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  1. Click on the three horizontal pink lines [☰] in the top-left corner;

  2. Then on Settings;

  3. Then Security & Privacy;

  4. Select 2-Factor Authentication/2-Step Verification;

  5. Choose to receive a text message or to use an authentication app; and

  6. Add your phone number or follow the instructions to set up the authe

How do I change my phone number for 2FA?

For security reasons, customer service does not have access to your phone number, and therefore can’t change it on your behalf.

If you have changed your phone number and lost access to your account, please contact customer service at [email protected].
