2-Step Verification adds an additional layer of security to the login process, reducing
the chances of your account being compromised or accessed by someone else. This feature includes time-sensitive codes that need to be authenticated by you, and which expire after a few minutes.
To enable 2-Factor Authentication, follow these steps:
Click on the three horizontal pink lines [☰] in the top-left corner;
Then on Settings;
Then Security & Privacy;
Choose to receive a text message or to use an authentication app; and
Add your phone number or follow the instructions to set up the authentication app.
How do I change my phone number for 2-Step Verification?
For security reasons, customer service does not have access to your phone number, and therefore can’t change it on your behalf.
