Unfortunately, you can’t change your country location in your account.

You can, however, change your account’s location providing it is within the same country as your original location.

If you would like to use Ashley Madison in a new country, you need to create a new account with your new location.

If you’re a paying member with credits in your account, once your new account has been created, contact customer service at [email protected] to transfer your credits. You will need to provide the profile numbers of the original and newly-created accounts.
