If you’re having trouble accessing your inbox after using all of your credits, it’s because your account has reverted to guest status.

Tip: You are unable to access your mailbox in guest status. To access your full membership features (including your mailbox and ongoing communications with members), you must maintain a positive credit balance in your account.

Once you reactivate your full membership by purchasing a new credit package, you will regain full access to your mailbox and other full membership benefits.
