What are Local Match and Quick reply Messages and how do I manage their settings?
Updated over a week ago

When creating a profile, members can opt into two (2) messaging options. These are not enabled by default and must be enabled manually.

1) Local match messages

This feature sends pre-composed messages on a member’s behalf to other members about potential matches.

Tip: Local Match Messages are not personalized and do not indicate that you have expressed a personal interest in any of the members receiving these notifications.

2) Quick Reply messages (female only)

This feature allows female members who receive a high volume of Winks and Favorite messages to manage their mailbox more efficiently.

With Quick reply messages, female members can set up automatic replies in response to Winks and Favorite messages in a timely manner.

When enabled, Quick Reply sends a pre-composed message in response to any unreplied Winks and Favorite messages within three days of receipt. When enabling Quick Reply, you can either select a message from a list of pre-composed responses or create your own.
