How do I block a suspicious profile?

To block a suspicious profile and restrict their access to you:

  1. Go to their profile;

  2. Select the three dots in the top-right corner of their profile; and

  3. Select Block.


How do I report a suspicious profile?

If you believe a profile violates our Terms in any way, please report it.

💡 Reporting a profile automatically blocks it from your search results.

Once reported, we’ll review the profile and decide if it should be removed.

To report a suspicious profile:

  1. Go to their profile;

  2. Select the three dots in the top right-hand corner;

  3. Select Report;

  4. Choose the reason for reporting;

  5. Include any additional details that will help us understand the issue; and

  6. Select Submit.

💡 Refund policy: If the profile you report is suspended for violating our Terms, any Credits you spent to initiate contact, Wink or request a Private Key will be refunded to you as Administrator Credits in full and found in Account → Settings → Purchases → Purchase History.

⚠️ Important: If you’re reporting a criminal offense against you by one of our Members, please ensure to include the police report in your email. If you’re looking to obtain private information about another member, law enforcement will need to send us a court order or subpoena.


What happens after I report a suspicious profile?

Once reported, we’ll review the profile and decide if it should be removed. Please note:

  1. Reporting a profile automatically blocks it from your search results;

  2. We strive to review suspicious profiles within {3} business days;

  3. Reporting a profile does not necessarily mean it is suspicious and will be removed from our platform;

If the profile you report is suspended for violating our Terms, any Credits you spent to initiate contact, Wink or request a Private Key will be refunded to you as Administrator Credits.


What if the suspicious profile is gone?

  1. Go to your Messages Inbox;

  2. Retrieve the nickname of the profile you want to report;

  3. Email us [email protected] with the nickname and your reason for reporting.

We'll ensure that the profile is thoroughly reviewed and the appropriate action is taken.
