Understand Ashley Madison’s refund policy for credits and in-app purchases.

VERY IMPORTANT: Effective immediately, fraudulent payment disputes now result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and possible legal action. Fraudulently disputing transactions through banks/credit card issuers may be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.

If you purchase a subscription, you can cancel at any time to prevent from being billed again in the future, while keeping the balance of the time you have paid for. It’s your responsibility to cancel a subscription if you no longer want it. We do not automatically refund for unused subscription time.

Our Terms & Conditions outline our official refund policies, and we try to be reasonable about refunds. If you would like to request a refund due to a serious issue or technical bug on Ashley Madison, or because your payment information was used without your knowledge or consent, please contact us at [email protected] and someone from our team will respond and try to assist you.

With that in mind, please note that purchases made on Ashley Madison are generally final and non-refundable, except where local laws state otherwise. Additionally, some alternative payment methods are also non-refundable, such as email money transfers (e-Transfer) and money orders.

iPhone & App Store purchases

All charges for in-app purchases are non-refundable by Ashley Madison.

We have no ability to refund for purchases made via the iPhone app. Apple restricts our ability to cancel, refund, or adjust subscriptions purchased through their app. If you would like assistance with a purchase made via the iPhone app, you will need to contact Apple support.
