If you purchase a subscription, you can cancel at any time to prevent from being billed again in the future, while keeping the balance of the time you have paid for. It’s your responsibility to cancel a subscription if you no longer want it. We do not automatically refund for unused subscription time.

We have no ability to refund for purchases made via the iPhone or Android app. Apple and Google restrict our ability to cancel, refund, or adjust subscriptions purchased through their app.
