Preferred is a new feature available for purchase that helps Members level up their Membership with more savings and benefits, like:

  • Boosted Profile in Search Results

  • Daily Private Key Requests

  • Daily Winks

  • Get shown to more matches

Try Preferred free for 30 days with select Credit package purchases*. After the initial 30-day period, Preferred auto-renews at its monthly price, and can be canceled at any time in your Settings → Purchases.

How to purchase Preferred:

Discover Page

When you see the Prime banner on the Discover page:

  1. Click on the Preferred banner;

  2. Follow the payment instructions on your screen;

  3. Confirm your purchase; and

  4. Enjoy your Preferred benefits.

After a Credit purchase

  1. Login to your account;

  2. Go to the Buy Credits page if on the web, or select Upgrade if using the app;

  3. Select a Credit package to add to your account;

  4. Select your payment method and follow the instructions;

  5. Review your purchase, ensuring all information is correct;

  6. Check ‘Include 30 days of Ashley Preferred;

  7. Submit your payment to complete the process; and

  8. That’s it! Enjoy your Preferred benefits.

You will receive a confirmation email or notification indicating your purchase was successful, and you can begin enjoying your Preferred subscription benefits.

Please note that Preferred subscriptions do not include messages, or additional discounts.​
